The role:

  • The role of Apprentice Booking and Accommodation Support Officer is part of our new new Housing Solutions Service, serving the City of Liverpool
  • The role will support with the booking of emergency, interim and temporary accomodation for homeless households.
  • In the role of Apprentice Booking and Accommodation Support Officer you will maintain accurate records of accommodation status, costs and property compliance documents. You will escalate any issues when needed.
  • In the role you will provide clients with information about their emergency or temporary accommodation and address property-based compliants or concerns in collaboration with enforcement teams or internal departments.
  • Your demonstrable knowledge as an Apprentice Booking and Accommodation Support Officer of working as part of a team with strong collaboration and teamworking skills, fostering a postive working relationship. .
  • The role will require you to build postive, collaborative working realtionships with colleagues and external partners

This role is fixed term for the purpose of completing a level 3 Housing and Property management Apprenticeship and will end 24 months from the date you start with us.
