**Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Automotive Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, concerns, and issues
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our processes and procedures
  • Upselling when required to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute with high accuracy
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
