Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Consultant to support the design and implementation of a scalable internal platform.

This role will focus on building a structured, secure, and efficient environment to support consultant onboarding, internal operations, and delivery across multiple client engagements.

This is a short-term, project-based engagement with potential for future work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a SharePoint Online intranet (Consultant Hub)
  • Build and structure Microsoft Lists for consultant data management
  • Create Microsoft Forms for intake and internal processes
  • Develop Power Automate workflows (intake, approvals, notifications)
  • Establish role-based permissions and access controls
  • Structure document libraries and template repositories
  • Ensure scalability and clean architecture for future growth

Required Experience
  • Proven experience building SharePoint Online intranets
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Lists, Forms, and Power Automate
  • Experience designing permission-based environments
  • Ability to build systems that support multiple users and workflows
  • Strong understanding of scalable Microsoft 365 architecture

Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting consulting firms or service-based businesses
  • Experience designing onboarding or workforce management systems
  • Familiarity with integrating Microsoft 365 with external systems (e.g., payroll platforms)
