About the role
We’re now looking for an experienced Multi Trade/Joiner to join our friendly Team in Leicester to carry out a wide range of remedial works on housing stock within the Central Region.
The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of remedial works with the majority involving Joinery skills in unoccupied Riverside properties to ensure our homes are safe, secure and well maintained for our new and existing customers who will be moving into their new home.
This role will include working with a team as well as lone working to meet our desired deadlines.
Apply your knowledge, skills, and training to complete the repairs assigned to you in a safe, efficient manner. Taking care that they are of high quality, comply with technical specifications and provide a long-lasting solution.
What we’re looking for
Essential
· Minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Joinery.
· A full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year.
· Have commercial driving experience.
· Be able to demonstrate a high level of customer care.
· Access to your own tools.
As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and professionalism, all employees in roles requiring the use of respiratory protective equipment (RPE) must be clean-shaven where the mask seals to the face.
Candidates should be aware that adherence to this policy is a condition of employment for applicable positions.
