Although this position is primarily remote, there is a requirement to meet clients or potential clients for in-person on-site events and meetings as this is a requirement of the role you must be based out of Florida.</p><p></p><p><b>Purpose of the Job</b></p><p>This Sales Executive is responsible for establishing strong business relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, developing sales strategies, delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.  The Sales Executive plays a critical role in expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the company.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Identifies and pursues new business opportunities from Agencies, Carriers, and General Agents.</li><li>Develops and maintains a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.</li><li>Builds and nurtures relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the insurance and lending industries.</li><li>Presents and promotes our premium finance solutions to clients, understanding their specific needs and tailoring proposals accordingly.</li><li>Collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.</li><li>Negotiates and closes sales agreements, meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.</li><li>Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Provides timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Other Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Assists with other tasks and projects as assigned.</li></ul><p></p><p><b> Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (includes standard language that can be modified as needed)</b></p><ul><li>Must have excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written</li><li>Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office</li><li>Must have ability to understand all business processes within the credit union</li><li>Must be resourceful and well organized, with strong attention to detail</li><li>Must have good reasoning abilities and sound judgment</li><li>Must be able to work in a general office environment</li><li>Must be flexible and able to shift resources and priorities as required</li><li>Strong understanding of premium finance products, services, and the insurance industry.</li><li>Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.</li><li>Must be highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.</li><li>Must have excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively handle objections and drive larger deals to successful closure.</li><li>Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.</li><li>Must be proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage leads and opportunities.</li><li>Should become knowledgeable of P1 Finance’s best practices, policies, and procedures while demonstrating a strong commitment to providing excellent service to Truliant’s members.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements (includes standard language;
