About Us

Clickmatix is a fast-growing, results-driven digital marketing agency based in Melbourne — and we’re all about helping Aussie businesses make a serious impact online. From SEO and Google Ads to Paid Social and Website Design, we help our clients turn clicks into customers and scale fast.

The Mindset We Hire For

This role is not for everyone — and that’s intentional. We’re looking for performance-driven salespeople who:

  • Live for the chase, the close, and the commission.
  • Thrive under pressure and turn “no” into “yes, where do I sign?”
  • Want flexibility and freedom — and can back it up with results.
  • Don’t wait for leads to appear — they create opportunities.

This role is built for individuals who are Hungry, and Highly Self-Motivated.

If you need a large fixed base to stay motivated, this is not your role.If you’re driven by competition, growth, and real financial rewards — keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Selling digital marketing solutions — SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Web Design — to small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Connecting and engaging with Australia-based clients to sell and consult on digital marketing services.
  • Managing inbound leads (no cold call lists), qualifying them, and converting them into long-term clients.
  • Building rapport quickly, identifying pain points, and proposing tailored solutions that close.
  • Achieving monthly KPIs on conversions, revenue, and retention — and getting rewarded for it.
  • Maintaining an organised CRM pipeline.
  • Collaborating directly with management on improving sales processes and offers.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience selling digital marketing or agency services.
  • Motivated by commission and performance outcomes.
  • Results-focused, disciplined, and resilient.
  • Capable of working remotely and managing your own pipeline.
  • Strong communicator — persuasive, confident, and professional.
  • Entrepreneurial — you think like a business owner, not just an employee.

What’s In It for You

  • Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
  • Base retainer provided — real earnings come from your performance.
  • Fully remote — work from anywhere in Australia.
  • Your income is not limited by location — the more you close, the more you earn.
  • Inbound leads provided — no cold calling grind.
  • Sell services with proven results (Google Partner Agency).
  • Clear growth path — consistent performance leads to senior or full-time opportunities with expanded earning potential.
  • Full transparency on KPIs, commissions, and payment structure from day one.

Who This Role Is Not For

  • Those who rely heavily on a fixed salary for motivation.
  • Those who take rejection personally or require constant supervision.
  • Those seeking a predictable “effort = paycheck” job.

We reward performance, ambition, and consistency.

Requirements

  • Computer/laptop with a good-quality camera, reliable internet connection, and a professional remote workspace.
  • A strong work ethic and self-driven attitude.
