Your Role and Responsibilities

- Depending on assignment, you will assist with order fulfillment, merchandise displays, product processing, or supervising the sales floor to deliver superior customer service
- Guide your colleagues in effectively completing assigned responsibilities
- Demonstrate customer advocacy and deliver real-time feedback on creating excellent customer experiences
- Work to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Promote and educate customers on mobile shopping tools and features
- Meet with leadership throughout your shift to review business activities and set priorities
- Offer feedback to improve both the customer experience and overall store operations
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including securing the store and finalizing registers
- Lead the team in maintaining merchandise standards
- Train colleagues in using point of sale equipment, mobile devices, and other technology to support sales and order fulfillment

Who You Are


- Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with reliable attendance and punctuality

- Resourceful, and able to juggle shifting tasks and deadlines effectively
- Previous direct retail experience preferred (1-2 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent education required

Physical Demands of the Role


- Regular lifting, movement, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
- Ability to stand for extended periods (at least two consecutive hours), lift up to 50 pounds, and engage in bending, crouching, climbing ladders, and other physical tasks
- Must be able to reach overhead, kneel, stoop, and distinguish colors
- Frequent use of technology, including handheld devices, registers, and computers necessary for day-to-day tasks
