We hope you will join us as we continue to learn, evolve, and shape what comes next on our mission to make better food accessible to everyone.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>THE OPPORTUNITY</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As the Senior Analyst, Respectful Workplace Hotline (RWH), you will be responsible for conducting timely and thorough investigations into employee concerns in a fair, unbiased, and consistent manner. This role is responsible for creating partnerships, providing analysis on workplace hotline trends, and problem-solve with respect to trends and circumstances that threaten Chipotle’s restaurant culture. The ideal candidate will bring extensive high-volume experience operating in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for end-to-end investigations conducting in-depth interviews, gathering, and evaluating information, determining facts, delivering findings and recommendation to management in accordance with Chipotle Policy and Local, State, and Federal laws.</li><li>Uses sound judgment, discretion and creative problem-solving approach when conducting investigations and ensure the timely resolution of complex employee related concerns including but not limited to; harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace violence, child minor labor laws, and other violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Supports with the preparation of disciplinary documentation, when necessary.</li><li>Maintains detailed and accurate accounts of investigations with timely memorialization of the notes and supporting documents into company case management system – AllVoices.</li><li>Responsible to ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.</li><li>Advises operations on company policies and practices to sustain a positive work environment.</li><li>Monthly meetings with key partners to analyze casework that identify trends and opportunities for proactive mitigation</li><li>Develop strong relationships with key partners.</li><li>Partner with Legal, as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related discipline or equivalent job experience</li><li>3-5 years of high-volume employee relations experience supporting a multi-state, multi-unit organization</li><li>Ability to conduct thorough investigations, as well as use analytical skills to identify trends and recommend solutions that increase employee engagement and mitigate risk.</li><li>Must be able to uphold the highest level of confidentiality.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, AllVoices, Workday and Kronos</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and peer partners.</li><li>Problem-solver with attention to detail and the ability to influence.</li><li>Proficient in reading and writing reports.</li><li>Demonstrates an independent work style and maintains a positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive information in a discrete manner.</li><li>Knowledge of multi-state labor laws</li><li>Spanish speaking a plus</li><li>PHR/SPHR certified a plus</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>PAY TRANSPARENCY</strong></p><p><br></p><p>A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $70,000.00–$100,000.00.
