This role involves technical execution of plan operations, government filings, and participant transactions, while ensuring a high level of</p><p>client satisfaction and retention.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to):</b></p><p></p><p><b>Client Relationship Management</b></p><p>· Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned client caseload.</p><p>· Maintain high retention through proactive communication and service delivery.</p><p>· Serve as escalation resource for complex or high-risk client issues.</p><p></p><p><b>Plan Document Management</b></p><p>· Prepare, amend, and maintain plan documents.</p><p>· Ensure documents are updated with regulatory and plan changes.</p><p></p><p><b>Compliance & Testing</b></p><p>· Perform nondiscrimination testing (ADP/ACP, top-heavy, cross-tested).</p><p>· Monitor participant eligibility, contributions, and vesting schedules.</p><p>· Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements.</p><p></p><p><b>Participant Transactions & Services</b></p><p>· Process distributions, hardship withdrawals, loans, RMDs, and QDROs.</p><p>· Provide guidance and support to participants and plan sponsors.</p><p></p><p><b>Recordkeeping & Data Management</b></p><p>· Maintain accurate participant census and payroll data.</p><p>· Reconcile contributions, employer match, and forfeitures.</p><p>· Ensure timely deposits of participant contributions.</p><p></p><p><b>Reporting & Filings</b></p><p>· Prepare government filings (Form 5500 and related forms).</p><p>· Provide required participant notices (Safe Harbor, fee disclosures, etc.)</p><p></p><p><b>Audits & Risk Management</b></p><p>· Support internal and external audit processes.</p><p>· Coordinate corrections for errors or non-compliance. Cross-Functional Coordination · Collaborate with recordkeepers, custodians, payroll providers, and advisors. · Escalate and resolve complex client issues as needed.</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:</b></p><p>· Experience with 401(k) and 403(b) plans</p><p>· Depth of knowledge in ERISA, DFVCP, VCP filings</p><p>· Proficient in Non-Discrimination testing (Section 401(a)(4), 401(a)(26))</p><p>· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, Docusign</p><p>· Excellent customer service and communication skills</p><p>· Strong organizational, problem-solving, teamwork, collaboration skills</p><p>· Strong work ethic, productivity, professionalism</p><p></p><p><b>Education, Training and Experience:</b></p><p>· ASPPA and/or CEBS designation required</p><p>· 10+ years of experience in all aspects of retirement plan administration</p><p>· Experience with any/all of the following: 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, defined benefit</p><p>plans, DB/DC combo plans, MEPs/PEPs, FTWilliam systems</p><p></p><p><b>Pre-hire Screening Requirements:</b></p><p>· Criminal</p><p>· Financial</p><p>· Education Verification</p><p></p><p><b>Registration and Licensure</b></p><p>· This role is not required to be licensed and registered as an IAR of OneDigital Investment Advisors.</p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is <span>$70,000 to $100,000</span> per <span>year</span>. </span><span> </span></p><p><span>Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
