Getting deals done that all parties believe are fair, durable, and lay the foundation for long term partnerships is how you will make valuable contributions.</p><ul><li>Draft and negotiate both routine and non-routine contractual agreements. The complexity of agreement may vary from moderate to complex. Ability to withstand pressure from customers and internal partners when following a course of action based on broader principles rather than immediate commercial need. Experience in handling complex contractual language. Understanding the business and legal implications of various contract terms; and ability to generate options or solutions to overcome objections during contract negotiations. Ability to assess the needs of business and design and implement sustainable solutions.</li><li>Experience leading and motivating a team preferred. You will be proactive and enthusiastic in your approach, develop team members and understand their workload, and proactively engaging in their development.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and analytical skills including ability multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to drive outcomes in a professional and constructive manner. Microsoft Office Suite applications experience necessary.
