<h2 style="text-align:center;"><strong>Forklift/Warehouse Associates Needed 1st Shift $21/hr!</strong></h2><p><strong>Job Description</strong><p>The Warehouse Technician supports daily warehouse operations by safely operating forklifts and material handling equipment to receive, store, move, and ship products. This role handles inbound and outbound shipments, maintains accurate inventory records through data entry, and ensures products are stored and organized for efficient access. The position follows established safety and housekeeping standards in a clean warehouse environment and may require occasional overtime and weekend work.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Use material handling equipment, including forklifts, to load and unload inbound and outbound shipments from trucks and move materials into and out of warehouse racks and between locations.</li><li>Handle inbound freight from parcel carriers and other transportation providers, ensuring proper receipt and documentation.</li><li>Operate assigned material handling equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures, performing required inspections and confirming equipment is in safe operating condition.</li><li>Report all accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions promptly to supervision.</li><li>Stock, arrange, and replenish products in warehouse locations to support efficient inventory turns and accessibility.</li><li>Perform cycle counts to determine accurate material quantities and support inventory accuracy.</li><li>Receive materials into inventory, including verifying part numbers, quantities, and related data, and enter accurate information into electronic inventory and receipt systems.</li><li>Move material between designated warehouse locations and accurately locate and pick materials to and from storage locations as required.</li><li>Identify and resolve discrepancies related to material quantities, part numbers, and inventory records.</li><li>Locate parts in the warehouse while ensuring pallets are stable, pallet heights are appropriate, and racking, equipment, and materials are not damaged.</li><li>Ensure materials are stored safely and are not left in aisles or other areas that could create hazards or obstruct operations.</li><li>Practice safe material handling techniques at all times, following all safety policies and guidelines.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas and perform general housekeeping tasks as directed.</li><li>Work overtime and weekends as needed to support operational requirements.</li><li>Adhere to all safety-sensitive role requirements and company safety standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.</li><li>Experience with shipping and receiving activities, including handling inbound and outbound freight.</li><li>Ability to perform accurate data entry related to inventory, part numbers, quantities, and locations.</li><li>Knowledge of basic warehouse operations, including stocking, picking, and material movement.</li><li>Ability to safely use material handling equipment and follow established safety procedures.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy when verifying and recording inventory information.</li><li>Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or supply store environment.</li><li>Familiarity with cycle counting and basic inventory control practices.</li><li>Comfort working with electronic inventory and warehouse management systems.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain orderly storage areas.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with team members and follow written and verbal instructions.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>This temporary role offers access to a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, supporting both well-being and financial security.
